Returns Policy

Return Policy: Items must be unworn, unused, and returned within 14 days with original tags attached. Please use tracked shipping to ensure your refund can be processed.

1. Pack the item carefully

Put the clothing back in its original packaging (or a strong box/bag). Make sure it is clean, unworn, and has the tags still attached.

2. Take it to a Post Office or parcel shop

Choose a tracked delivery service (for example Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48) and send it to our return address.

3. Keep the tracking number

The Post Office or courier will give you a tracking number. Write it down or take a photo of it.

4. Tell us you have sent it

Go to the contact form on our website. Send us a message that includes:

Your full name.

The address the original parcel was delivered to.

The tracking number of your return parcel.

Once we receive and check your item, we will initiate a full refund.
